Shipping & Delivery

Domestic

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Where an estimated delivery time is provided, the stated number of days refers to business days only and does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of Cocksox's control, including carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, peak periods and other unforeseen circumstances.

International

By placing an international order with Cocksox, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with the import restrictions, customs requirements and laws applicable in your country.

Shipping services and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Not all shipping services are available to all countries.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which can delay delivery beyond the estimated transit time.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Cocksox is not responsible for these charges or for any delays arising from customs clearance.

Change or Cancel Order

As we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, requests to change or cancel an order may not be able to be accommodated because an order may move into the fulfilment stage shortly after it is received.

Please carefully review your order, including your product selection, colour, size, quantity, shipping address and billing details, before completing your purchase.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Cocksox Customer Service as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee that a request can be accommodated once an order has entered the fulfilment stage.

Once an order moves into the fulfilment stage, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Any eligible items may instead be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order can be processed and dispatched.

Cocksox accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment transactions may be subject to verification and approval by the relevant payment provider.

Your order confirmation email serves as confirmation that your order has been received. Please retain your order confirmation for your records.

Cocksox reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be successfully authorised, where there is a suspected payment or fraud issue, or where information provided in connection with the order cannot be verified.

Pricing & Taxes

  1. The price charged for each product will be the price displayed on the Cocksox website at the time the order is placed.
  2. Cocksox reserves the right to change product prices, promotions and offers at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and accepted.
  3. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
  4. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  5. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Cocksox is not responsible for these charges.
  6. Cocksox is not responsible for any delays, additional costs or charges arising from customs clearance.
  7. Promotional discounts, sale prices and special offers are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant promotion.
  8. Sale and discounted products may be subject to different return and exchange conditions. Please refer to our Returns Policy and the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Cocksox will deliver your order to the shipping address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping and billing information provided when placing your order is accurate and complete. Cocksox is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, loss or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address provided by the purchaser.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Estimated delivery dates provided by Cocksox or the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cocksox is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a parcel is delayed, held, returned to sender, refused, or unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, customs requirements, unpaid duties or taxes, or any other reason attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If a parcel is returned to Cocksox as undeliverable, we will contact you where possible to determine whether the order should be reshipped or otherwise dealt with in accordance with our Returns Policy. Any applicable reshipping costs, duties, taxes or other charges may be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cocksox is not responsible for parcels that are confirmed by the shipping carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, you should first contact the relevant shipping carrier or your local delivery office. Cocksox may assist with an investigation where possible, but the final delivery investigation is conducted by the carrier.

Where a parcel has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout and is subsequently suspected to have been stolen from a mailbox, letterbox, parcel locker, building entrance, doorstep or elsewhere at the delivery location, Cocksox is not responsible for the loss. The purchaser is responsible for raising the matter with the relevant shipping carrier and/or local law enforcement.

Cocksox is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Delivery of orders is subject to the terms and conditions and delivery procedures of the shipping carrier used for your order. This may include requirements relating to signatures, delivery locations, authority to leave, collection from a local facility and redelivery.

If a signature is required and you are unavailable to receive the parcel, you are responsible for following the carrier's instructions to arrange collection or redelivery.

Cocksox will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, industrial action, transport disruptions, customs delays, government restrictions, acts of war or terrorism, public health emergencies, power outages or failures affecting our carriers or fulfilment facilities.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Orders

Please check your order carefully when it is received.

If you receive an incorrect item, your order is missing an item, or an item arrives damaged, please contact Cocksox Customer Service as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number and details of the issue.

We may request photographs or other information to assist with investigating the issue with our fulfilment team or shipping carrier.

Claims relating to incorrect, missing or damaged items should be reported promptly so that we can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to ensure that product availability displayed on the Cocksox website is accurate, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfil an item in your order, Cocksox may contact you regarding the available options or refund the unavailable item to the original payment method.

Cocksox reserves the right to limit quantities or decline an order where necessary, including where there is insufficient stock or an error has occurred in the product listing or pricing.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the Cocksox Returns Policy applicable at the time of purchase.

Certain products, including sale or discounted items, may be excluded from return or exchange. Where an item is identified as Final Sale or otherwise excluded under our Returns Policy, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review the Returns Policy before making a purchase if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return or exchange.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

 

Twenty Years Together Gift Card Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion availability
    The Twenty Years Together Gift Card Promotion is available for a limited time on the Cocksox Australian and US online stores. The promotion may be withdrawn at any time. Any subsequently advertised closing date or time will apply.
  2. Qualifying spend
    Customers who reach a qualifying cart value of AUD$125 or more may claim a AUD$20 Cocksox Gift Card. Customers who reach a qualifying cart value of AUD$200 or more may claim a AUD$40 Cocksox Gift Card.
  3. Highest applicable reward only
    Only one promotional gift card may be claimed per qualifying order. Where an order reaches the higher qualifying threshold, the $40 Gift Card replaces the $20 Gift Card. The two rewards cannot be combined on a single order.
  4. How qualifying spend is calculated
    Qualifying spend is based on the value of eligible products in the cart after any product or bundle discounts have been applied. Shipping charges do not count towards the qualifying spend. All products are eligible, including sale items and regular Cocksox Gift Cards purchased by the customer.
  5. Discounts applied at checkout
    Once the required qualifying cart value has been reached and the promotional gift card has been claimed, subsequent eligible discount codes, loyalty rewards or other discounts applied at checkout will not affect eligibility for the promotional gift card.
  6. Claiming your promotional gift card
    Once a qualifying spend threshold is reached, customers will be prompted to claim their promotional gift card by adding it to their cart. Customers should ensure the applicable promotional gift card appears in their cart before proceeding to checkout. The promotional gift card has a $0 cart value and does not itself contribute towards the qualifying spend.
  7. Multiple qualifying orders
    The promotion is available per qualifying order rather than per customer. Customers who place multiple separate qualifying orders during the promotional period may claim the applicable promotional gift card with each qualifying order.
  8. Issuing promotional gift cards
    Promotional gift cards are issued digitally by email. They are not physical gift cards. Following dispatch of the qualifying order, the applicable gift card will generally be emailed to the customer within 7–10 days.
  9. Where promotional gift cards can be redeemed
    Promotional gift cards are issued in the currency and for the online store through which the qualifying order was placed. AUD Gift Cards are redeemable on the Cocksox Australian store and USD Gift Cards are redeemable on the Cocksox US store. They cannot be transferred between stores or currencies.
  10. Using your promotional gift card
    Promotional gift cards may be used as a payment method towards purchases from the applicable Cocksox online store, including sale products. They may be used alongside eligible discount codes and loyalty rewards.
  11. Shipping, duties and taxes
    As the promotional gift card is a payment method, its available balance may also be applied towards eligible shipping charges, duties and taxes included in the order total. Where the total order value exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  12. Partial redemption
    Promotional gift cards do not need to be redeemed in a single transaction. Where only part of the available balance is used, the remaining balance may be used on subsequent eligible purchases until the gift card expires.
  13. Expiry
    All gift cards issued as part of this promotion expire on 31 October 2026. Any unused balance remaining after this date will expire and cannot be redeemed. The expiry date will also be communicated when the promotional gift card is issued.
  14. Returns and cancellations
    If a qualifying order is cancelled, returned in full, or partially returned so that its final product value falls below the applicable qualifying threshold, any unredeemed promotional gift card issued in connection with that order may be cancelled. Where the promotional gift card has already been redeemed, its redeemed value may be deducted from any refund otherwise due in connection with the qualifying order.
  15. Returns that change the applicable reward tier
    Where a partial return reduces the final qualifying value of an order from the $200 threshold to the $125 threshold, Cocksox reserves the right to cancel or adjust the original $40 promotional gift card and apply the reward appropriate to the final qualifying order value.
  16. No cash value
    Promotional gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and unused balances cannot be refunded or paid out in cash. Promotional gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.
  17. Promotion misuse
    Cocksox reserves the right to withhold, cancel or invalidate a promotional gift card where it reasonably believes an order or claim involves fraud, misuse, manipulation of the promotion or other activity inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
  18. General
    Participation in this promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions and Cocksox's standard store policies. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
