Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return a product for exchange or to request a refund, please email details of your order to sales@cocksox.com, and we will provide you with the necessary details to complete the return.

We will also provide you with the relevant return delivery address. Please do not assume that any address relating to Cocksox that appears on your original package is the correct destination to return any items.

Returned items must be received within 60 days of purchase (currently extended from 30 days due to limitations you may encounter in your region during the COVID-19 outbreak that may affect your ability to post returns within the usual time limits). It is the senders responsibility to ensure items arrive safely back to us, so you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping method.


Please ensure you return items in their original packaging, and leave any swing tags or labels attached. Due to the intimate nature of our garments we cannot accept returns that have been worn. We will also not accept returned items that have been washed or tampered with in any way.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, and Cocksox will not reimburse or offer credit against any costs incurred by returning items.

Refunds for the value of the returned items less shipping charges will be processed via the same method as the original payment. Please note that refunds are not available for discounted or promotional items.

If you are exchanging your purchase for another size or item we will not charge any further postage for re-delivery. An additional postage charge will be incurred if you request to have items sent via express shipping.
