Exchange / Refund Form

If you would like to request an exchange or refund please complete this form and include inside the package when returning goods. Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. It is the senders responsibility to ensure returned items arrive safely so you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure you return items in the original packaging, and leave any swing tags or labels attached. Due to the intimate nature of our products we cannot accept garments that have been worn. We will also not accept returned items that have been washed or tampered with in any way. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, and Cocksox will not reimburse or offer credit against any costs incurred by returning items.
